2021 – A Banner Year for Luxury Homes and High Rises
As we enter 2022, the Las Vegas and Henderson real estate markets are on fire. It seems like as soon as a good property hits the market – it is under contract. The exception is the plethora of ZILLOW flips and OPEN DOOR FLIPS. These properties seem to languish on the market, probably due to the bureaucratic corporate sales response time and their methods of transacting business.
The first Monday of January 2022 rang in with Buyer calls galore. Hopefully, this is the harbinger of another super brisk year.
