1. Sun City Anthem
- Overview: A premier age-restricted (55+) community developed by Del Webb, known for its luxury and expansive amenities.
- Over 7,100 homes, both single-family and villas.
- Three clubhouses, indoor/outdoor pools, golf courses, tennis & pickleball courts, spa, and extensive clubs/activities.
- One Gated section of luxury homes within the entire community

2. Sun City MacDonald Ranch
- Overview: Another Del Webb community, smaller and more intimate, offering scenic mountain views and a quieter environment.
- Highlights:
- Includes a clubhouse, outdoor pool, golf course, and social clubs.
- Noted for low HOA fees and strong sense of safety.
- Attached and Detached Homes Available
- Incredible location near The District at Green Valley Ranch and the Green Valley Ranch Hotel and Casino
- Includes a clubhouse, outdoor pool, golf course, and social clubs.
3. Del Webb at Lake Las Vegas
- Overview: Set in a resort-style location with scenic lake views, designed specifically for 55+ residents.
- Highlights: Clubhouse, fitness center, walking trails, pool, and lake recreational access. HOA handles exterior maintenance.
- Gated Community
4. Solera at Anthem
- Overview: A gated, active adult (55+) community located in Anthem, offering affordability and serenity.
- Highlights: Smaller floor plans, energy-efficient construction, 24,000 ft² clubhouse, indoor pool, fitness center, courts, library, games, and classes.
- Within Solera at Anthem there are Solera Townhomes, a gated collection of Patio Homes that were built to be all energy efficient. These rarely come to market.
5. Terra Bella
- Overview: A gated 55+ condominium community offering low-maintenance condo living.
- Highlights: Elevator access, fitness studio, pool, spa, lounge, barbecue area with stylish designs.
- These condos are currently the subject of a Construction Defect lawsuit so cash purchases only at this time. That said, the community is lovely and extremely well located.
